San Diego’s colorful chocolate shop Sweet Petite Confections is celebrating fall with an apple picking themed chocolate making class. Secure your spot at this reservations-only class to learn the art of making fantastically flavored chocolates and bark over the course of two hours while creating nearly 1.5 pounds of confections. During this class, students will play with guest-favorite flavors like salted caramel and peanut butter cup alongside house-made green apple caramel and creme fraiche ganache made by chocolatier Michelle Lomelin. Students will also select from more than two dozen ingredients as they personalize a chocolate bark – with options including candied bacon, freeze dried Fuji apples and candied pecans alongside savory pretzels, potato chips, nuts and more.
Adult individuals and parent-child teams are welcome to attend! This class will take place at 12:30 p.m. (suggested arrival is 15 minutes prior and is $40 per adult or parent-child team (5 and 12 years old with one adult).
