Prenatal Yoga at Hapa Yoga

If you fancy a gym workout with cardio and weights, Fit4Baby classes may be just the right ‘fit’ for you. This prenatal exercise program is designed to provide a challenging workout, but also keep mom and baby safe during pregnancy. Each class includes a gentle warm-up, strength training, cardio, stretching and balancing exercises. Water Aerobics with YMCA
Water aerobics classes offer a safe, lo-impact way to exercise during pregnancy. Working out in water provides cardio and strength training, while also being easy on your joints.
