If you fancy a gym workout with cardio and weights, Fit4Baby classes may be just the right ‘fit’ for you. This prenatal exercise program is designed to provide a challenging workout, but also keep mom and baby safe during pregnancy. Each class includes a gentle warm-up, strength training, cardio, stretching and balancing exercises. Pregnant mamas need to be at least 12 weeks pregnant to start the program, and the sessions can be customized to your due date.

Water Aerobics with YMCA
Water aerobics classes offer a safe, lo-impact way to exercise during pregnancy. Working out in water provides cardio and strength training, while also being easy on your joints.
