Accessories that Pop
Angela Greenwald of San Carlos got her start on Etsy sewing whimsical items for kids in her store Little Bug House. Although the shop was a great success with customers worldwide, Angela recently opened a new shop, Pop Go the Clutches where she creates women’s purses in fabrics that pop. After purchasing a clutch at a chain store, Angela got inspired. “I felt the creative need to sew different items. I thought how cute it would be to make clutches with fun, quirky, modern fabrics. I added faux leather detail and loved the look so much that I decided to make that my signature item,” states Greenwald. You’ll also find smaller “snack” bags in her shop. Their design is versatile for any savvy mom’s bag. Use them to stash makeup, bandaids, or small toys. Place holiday orders by Dec. 13. Shop her hip designs online: PopGoTheClutches $5-$20.
