As San Diego sails into March, it’s time to start enjoying spring. This weekend, keep the Dr. Seuss birthday celebration going with a fun event for young kids who want to explore reading, crafts and more. Feeling outdoorsy? The 64th annual Kite Festival is on this weekend, so start a new tradition with your family. We have a feeling this one will last! If you’re in the mood for something a little more spectator and a little less participant, check out Circus Vargas.
