According to Psychology Today, teens are under more stress today than ever before. As parents, we wonder how we can help. On February 11, Carlsbad’s Pacific Ridge School will host a presentation by Renee Jain, childhood resilience expert and founder of GoZen, an organization that provides social and emotional learning programs for the K-12 education community.

Understanding that stress is an unavoidable part of life and not always the enemy, Ms. Jain provides practical advice for parents so they can help transform the way their children deal with stress to achieve a happy, balanced life. The public is invited to attend this important and timely discussion about supporting the emotional health of adolescents.  Talk is intended for parents.
