Is a breakthrough in household gender roles coming soon? The sociologists at the University Connecticut, compiled data by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and found that when women take on greater financial responsibility, both wives and husbands tend to experience a boost in happiness. On the contrary, when the husbands are the primary breadwinners for their families, their health and happiness declines.
