Lake Superior North Shore—Cook County, MN

From the shores of Lake Superior and Split Rock Lighthouse, an iconic lighthouse and history museum, to the gondola ride above Mt. Lutsen, there’s no shortage of fall splendor along this stretch of Northern Minnesota. Hike through Gooseberry Falls State Park for that unbelievable combo of fall color and one of the best waterfalls in the entire state.
