It’s been over 30 years since the last time an original episode of America’s favorite family of the future aired, but as real world technology catches up to the futuristic fun, The Jetsons couldn’t be more relatable than they would be today. Which is why a remake is in the works and hitting TV soon. In case you forgot how much you loved this show the first time, check out the video below.

According to Entertainment Weekly, ABC is set to premiere this classic childhood favorite as a live-action, multi-camera sitcom. A whole new generation will be introduced to flying jet cars and Rosie the Robot. No word yet on who will star as the family of the future, but with Back to the Future’s Robert Zemeckis producing, the show is definitely in the best hands possible.

Like the original, which first aired in 1962 and then was revived again in 1985, the story will take place 100 years in the future. After predicting flat screens, video chat and iWatches in the original series, it’ll be interesting to see what future insights the new version will bring.
