As part of LEGO’s “Shake Up Imagination” holiday campaign, Ralph (a Facebook Messenger Chat Bot) is here to help shoppers pick perfect presents — that is, perfect LEGO presents.

James Poulter, Senior manager, Digital Consumer Engagement, at the LEGO Group says, “We are continuously searching for new and fun ways to engage with our consumers and shoppers.” Poulter adds, “Chat Bots are increasingly being used by brands to engage with consumers in the digital space. The LEGO Group is one of the first in the toy industry to embrace this concept.”

Ralph uses a question format to guide shoppers through the product selection process. The Gift Bot will ask you about your child’s interests and age, before helping you to pick the best product for him or her.
