If you day dream about shiplap and farmhouse sinks, but don’t have it in your budget for a full renovation, then stop dreaming and head to Target. Fixer Upper stars Chip and Joanna Gaines just announced their new partnership with your favorite place to shop and you’re going to love every single item.

HGTV’s most lovable couple just announced a new home brand, Hearth & Hand with Magnolia, that will be available exclusively at Target. The line will feature over 300 items from dining wear to decor. Unlike some of the other amazing collabs Target has done with major designers, this will not be a one-time thing, but rather a series of collections that will roll out over the next several years.

While the brand will have all the style and aesthetic that Magnolia is known for, the price tag will be entirely reflective of what shoppers expect to find at Target. Prices will range from $.99 to $129.99, but most of the items average under $30. “At the core of the Magnolia brand is the desire to make homes beautiful, but with a focus on family and practicality. We want to create spaces that families want to gather in,” Joanna Gaines said in a statement. “We’ve always dreamed of working with a retailer to create a collection that could reach more people at a more affordable price point. Coming together with Target not only allows us to design beautiful pieces for people all over the country, it also allows us to help communities in a bigger way than we could have ever imagined.” The first collection will debut on November 5.
