About the Position
Red Tricycle is looking for Digital Account Manager / Sales Planner to work closely with the sales team to win big RFPs and execute flawless campaigns. We’re looking for an experienced digital media professional with fantastic editing and writing skills, strong excel experience, as well as basic design–powerpoint, photoshop, illustrator, keynote–experience. Organization is your middle name and you never let anything fall through the cracks. You’ll be helping us pitch, create and execute new and awesome client brand experiences for Red Tricycle users. You’ll manage the day-to-day relationships with key clients, developing and executing advertising programs.
Because the entire Red Tricycle team is pretty small, there’s opportunity for a lot of meaningful collaboration with editorial, product, sales and ops departments. As a part of the Ad Operations Team you will be the liaison from the internal team and the client and will need to juggle dozens of requests, emails and meetings at one time.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Working collaboratively with sales team on proposals presentation (ideation, layout and design)
-Driving campaign ideation and managing campaign execution, keeping all of the Ad Ops team on task
– Leading and managing Native Ad campaign ideation and execution (copywriting a plus, but not required)
-Creating, communicating and meeting deadlines both internally and externally
-Working with Ad Ops team to manage all the deliverables of the campaign (including events and video when needed) social amplification, mid-campaign reporting, assisting in determining make-goods or changes to the IO
-Communicating any issues with under-delivery, and review of final end of campaign reporting.
-Manage the approval of all creative assets, which includes routing and obtaining approvals from the appropriate people.
-Creating, designing and maintaining new and existing sales and product materials.
