Let’s face it — moms are awesome. To honor the flood of amazing women we know, we’ve teamed up with Blue Shield of California to celebrate local moms who are on a mission to promote health and wellness in their communities. From inspiring better fitness and nutrition to creating awe-inspiring fundraising events where toddlers rally support for other kids’ fight against cancer, moms are making a making a difference all over California.
But we know that they’re not the only awesome mamas out there. So we’re turning it over to you…If you’re a mom on a mission to promote health and wellness or know someone who is, don’t wait to nominate yourself or your friends in the We Shield Moms Contest.
Ten awesome finalists will be selected and the winning mom will receive a $5,000 donation that will be given to a California-based charity in her name, a $500 shopping spree to Patagonia and an annual pass to her favorite local zoo or museum.
