As of June 1, you can now order your groceries and basic household items through Amazon Prime Pantry subscriptions. The program is being revamped so Amazon Prime Members who subscribe will now pay just $4.99 a month to get unlimited deliveries and free shipping when you order more than $40.
Amazon Pantry is the go-to place to order essentials like snacks, beverages, beauty products and household items with thousands of options. Unlike other subscription options, you can purchase items in single sizes instead of bulk, and take advantage of weekly deals and exclusive coupons.

Formerly, Prime Members paid a flat fee of $5.99 per order for the Pantry Program so this new change is huge on savings. Non-Prime members who shop Amazon Prime Pantry can place orders but they will be charged $7.99 for delivery, and Prime Member who don’t meet the $40 threshold will also need to shell out the extra few bucks.
Despite being an Amazon Prime feature, you will have to wait a few extra days for your order rather than quick two-day shipping. Because of the larger boxes and heavier weight, all Prime Pantry subscriptions can take one to four days because they are all ground shipped. Personally, we think it’s worth the wait!
