Love your iPhone or iPad? Put that passion to work! Apple is hiring a variety of 150+ full-time work-from-home positions for people interested in being “Apple Care at Home Advisors.”
Home care advisors are the first point of contact for anyone needing help or technical support with their devices. In other words: you’re the (hopefully, patient) voice on the other end of the phone for customers who are probably frustrated or confused with whatever their Apple products are doing (or not doing).
Here’s the job description:
And while working in your PJs sounds amazing, Apple wants to make sure people take the job opportunity seriously.
“If it sounds casual, make no mistake — this is a professional role,” the company says on its website. “You’ll need a quiet, distraction-free work space with a door you can shut, an ergonomic chair, a desk for the iMac (and headset) we’ll provide, and your own network connection. Working from home isn’t for everyone, but if you’re confident, disciplined, and self-motivated, home can be a place where work and life don’t clash — they collaborate.”
The job comes with perks, including paid time off and discounts on Apple products.
