Get ready to blow your transportation-crazed tot’s mind as they explore the parking lot filled with trucks of all shapes and sizes including a fire truck, limo, dump truck, school bus, 18-wheeler and police vehicles. Snake Day Festival
Come see native and non-native reptiles and amphibians and learn why they are so important to our ecosystem. Experts will be on hand to answer questions for those curious about these creatures. There will be kid-friendly crafts & activities, a giant inflatable slide and guided canoe rides around the pond. Join the fun with their naming contest and submit your name idea for their two new additions—an American Alligator and an Albino Burmese Python. 11th Annual Grant Park Summer Shade Festival

Baby Shower and Toddler Expo
Baby Shower and Toddler Expo is coming to the Atlanta Convention Center at AmericasMart with special guest Rosie Pope star of Bravo TV show Pregnant in Heels, creator and designer of Rosie Pope Maternity and Mom Prep. For the little ones there will be a live performance by Baby First TV’s Shushybye Baby. Atlanta Kids Triathalon
One of the biggest youth triathlons in the country takes place right here in Atlanta! Little athletes can compete in the Junior Session (ages 6 to 10) or the Senior Session (ages 11 to 15). Each session is further broken down by age groups so that kids will only race with other kids in their same age group. With lengths and starting strategies all adjusted to suit the smaller set, this race is all about getting active and having fun. Sun., 6:30 am, West Gwinett Park & Aquatics Center, $35. All ages.
