Southern Winter Wonderland
Visit the Mandarin Oriental’s winter village in the Garden, where you’ll find festive snacks and bites, champagne, mulled wine and hot chocolate. The Garden will be adorned with decorations, seating, blankets and fire pits where guests can roast s’mores. Entrance is complimentary and food and beverage will be priced à la carte. Build and Play at a Holiday Bricktacular

Santa’s Missing Mail
The North Pole natives need help saving Christmas, and that’s where your littles come in. Two dastardly culprits, Ominous Crook and his sidekick, Skellmutt, are stealing Santa Claus’ mail and putting a halt on all Christmas productions. Meet the panicked elves, a wise-cracking reindeer, a dim-witted superhero and Kris Kringle himself to help get the yuletide season back on track. Santa’s Wonderland at Bass Pro Shops
Wander through a magical Christmas village offering free photos with Santa, fun crafts and games. See rustic cabins, holiday characters and live elves set amongst a dazzling backdrop of snow-covered hills and illuminated Christmas trees. Kids can play with remote control trucks, explore a laser/foam toy arcade, build with Lincoln Logs and write letters to Santa. Fri.-Sun. Event details.


Sweeten the Deal with See’s Candies
You’re in for a sweet surprise—See’s Candies is popping up in Mansell Crossing for a limited time, so you can stock up on delicious candies and chocolates (they make a perfect last-minute gift!). Fri.-Sun. Event details.

Avalon on Ice
‘Tis the season to lace up your skates and glide into the holiday spirit at Avalon on Ice. The monumental Rockefeller-inspired ice skating rink is back, so bundle up and show off your skills. Fri.-Sun. Event details.


Celebrate Christmas with Children’s Museum of Atlanta
As part of their Celebrations in Light series, join the Children’s Museum of Atlanta to celebrate Christmas. Littles will have the chance to dance to classic holiday tunes, watch interactive performances and participate in festive activities. Sat. Event details.


Magical Nights of Lights
Go on a 7-mile-long driving tour through twinkling lights and dazzling displays, all leading to the Holiday Village inside LanierWorld. Ansley Park

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer at the Center for Puppetry Arts
Soak up some holiday magic at a puppet show performance featuring everyone’s favorite reindeer. Based on the 1964 stop-motion animated special, Rudolph and his friends (including Hermey the Elf, Yukon Cornelius and the Abominable Snow Monster) will keep the whole family entertained. Festival of Trees
Ooh and ahh at pretty trees at the Southeastern Railway Museum, sponsored and decorated by members of the local community. You can vote for your favorite tree to receive the People’s Choice award at the end of the season. Fri.-Sat. Event details.
