Atlanta-based Oh baby! Fitness offers mom and baby yoga, pilates and general fitness classes to help tighten and tone while your tot is in tow. Or try a class outside the studio with their stroller workout or popular H2Oh Baby! water workout class.

Body By Baby Fitness
Offering classes in Kennesaw and East Cobb, Body By Baby Fitness’ “Let’s Roll” Stroller Bootcamp includes cardio drills, plyometrics and resistance training torching up to 400 calories each class! Each session ends with “Tummy Time” dedicated to repairing the damage caused to your abdominal muscles during pregnancy.
