Dinosaur Train Live
In this incredible live experience, kids will be transported on a journey back to the Mesozoic era when dinosaurs roamed the earth … and rode in trains! As only The Jim Henson Company can do, the popular PBS Kids television show will be brought to life through spectacular interactive multi-media, music and puppetry. Shrek the Musical
The Alliance is pleased to present Shrek The Musical, based on the beloved Dreamworks film character and William Steig’s 1990s book, February 22 through March 16, 2014 as part of its Alliance Stage Family Series.  This fun musical was a hit on Broadway and has now been condensed to a family-friendly, one-hour production for regional stages. Sat., 3:30 & 7 p.m.; Sun., 1 & 3:30 p.m., Alliance Theater, Adults $35, children $20. Best enjoyed by children in grades K–6. Event details.

Sonic Sensation
Children will be all ears as Sonic Sensation explores the science of sound with a soundproof scream chamber, a movie soundtrack production exhibit, and an invisible orchestra play area. UniverSoul Circus
UniverSoul Circus returns to its hometown as it celebrates global pop culture under the big top. Enjoy breath-taking circus acts from around the world, including a spectacular high wire act from Colombia, The Olate Dogs from Chile (2012 winners of “America’s Got Talent”), extreme motorcycle riders in the “Globe of Death” from Colombia, contortionists from Ethiopia, Wuhan Flying Trapeze from China, elephants, stilt walkers from Trinidad, and much more.
