Salt to taste

1 tablespoon smoke paprika

Method:

Cut potatoes width wise into 4-6 slices pending size, then lengthwise into fries, approximately 4-6 per width wise pieces, then toss with oil in a bowl, then add seasonings. Place seasoned fries onto a cookie sheet in a single layer and not touching one another.

Bake potatoes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Flip them and cook another 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
