Serves 1
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, peeled and chopped into chunks
2 cups (400 ml) fresh blackberries
Filtered water, as needed
For garnish:
Fresh banana slices
Fresh blackberries
Method:
1. Freeze the banana pieces and blackberries over¬night or until firm.
2. In a blender, pulse the bananas and blackberries with a little bit of water until a smooth, creamy consistency is reached.
3. Garnish with banana slices and fresh blackberries before serving. Eat immediately, or let it set in the freezer for an hour.
