Do your kids create lots of art? Overwhelmed? So what do parents do with it all?

Artimus Art, launched in 2008 turns kids artwork into an archival book showcasing years worth of artwork. Art is an important tool for self expression and by transforming it into a keepsake, you create an archive of your child’s creativity. Declutter your home while saving the meaningful pieces….the ones that bring you joy.

For a child, a book of their artwork offers a true sense of accomplishment that their masterpieces are published. They will be so excited to show off their own book to everyone with pride. It’s a confidence builder for kids and a great solution for parents #nomoreguilt. #Think Tidy!

  • A $30 deposit gets you started: Artimus Art  sends you an art collection box with return shipping label to make it easy.

Five-time winner of the Golden Teddy Award for Best Dance Classes and Camps and Finalist in three Golden Teddy categories in 2017, the Creative Dance Center was founded in 1981 by renowned dance educator and author, Anne Green Gilbert. CDC is known for its innovative teaching methods and the BrainDance. Our teaching philosophy, brain-compatible dance education, is internationally recognized. In a Creative Dance Center class, students build dance skills and technique, explore, play, laugh, and learn to create their own dances using choreographic forms and devices. CDC develops students who are empowered and skilled dancers, improvisers, problem solvers, and choreographers. We believe that strengthening cognitive, social, and emotional skills is just as important as developing strong and healthy bodies. Our comprehensive curriculum includes Early Childhood (Nurturing Baby, Parent/Toddler, Parent/Child, and Pre‐K), Children and Teens, and Adult Programs with classes in modern, ballet, creative dance, hip hop, tap, and Zumba. Summer Camps incorporate dance, visual arts, yoga, drama, and musical theater. CDC also offers dance birthday parties, field trip dance classes at our spacious, ADA accessible studio, and plenty of free onsite parking! CDC Director, Terry Goetz, was named Washinton State Dance Educator of the Year in 2015.

“Our 90-minute Family Treasure Cruises occur during the day–before 5pm. Ideal for birthday celebrations, they are interactive pirate ship cruises for all ages with a focus on kids. The cruises are aboard our brand-new, 50-foot Coast Guard inspected pirate ship, Queen Anne’s Revenge. You’ll get a pirate vest to wear during the cruise. You’ll be entertained by our band of merry pirates and our state-of-the-art sound system. Learn to talk and act like pirates. Children will each receive one toy from the ship’s treasure chest.

The climax of the trip is when we fire the ship’s water cannons at our rogue pirate who has been known to make off with our loot! All pirates get certificates at the end of the voyage. We typically cruise waters that are calm and scenic. Most of our cruises occur on Lake Union which offers a spectacular view of the Seattle skyline and Space Needle. Occasionally we pick passengers up in different locations. Pay close attention to the pickup location for the cruise you are booking.

Book individual tickets online. Call to book birthday party groups and to book Private Charters.”
