Chicago is about to become the third city in the United States to feature a Starbucks Reserve Roastery, and it will be the largest in the world.

New York welcomed its own roastery last year and, of course, the birthplace of Starbucks, Seattle features one as well. Other Reserve Roastery locations across the globe include Milan, Shanghai and Tokyo. According to the Chicago Tribune, the newest location is set to open on Nov. 15, 2019.

The massive four-story building on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile will include 43,000 square feet of a coffee lovers dream come true. Like the other five locations, the new Chicago Starbucks Reserve Roastery will provide a fully immersive experience which includes coffee tastings, bean roasting, interactive tours and a beverage bar serving up some unique concoctions you won’t find at your local Starbucks.

The roasters will also feature a full kitchen offering breads, pizza, salads and desserts from Italian bakery, Princi. There will be an on-site mixologist serving up coffee-infused cocktails.

The store will be open Mon. through Thu. from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., Fri. and Sat. from 8 a.m. to midnight and Sun. 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
