Your Own Little Pie: Weber Grill

Big G’s caramel apple pie, a blend of luscious Gala and tart Granny Smith apples creates a balanced sour and sweet filling with vanilla caramel sauce stirred in. A scoop of Homer’s cinnamon ice cream and drizzle of caramel sauce accompany the individually portioned pie. The crust uses coarse sugar for crunch and bourbon for an extra flaky texture. Don’t worry -- the alcohol burns off in baking so it’s safe for kids to enjoy.
