For Big Bugs & Biking: Julia de Burgos Playground
Lovely and quiet, this oasis feels very removed from the city and the clamor that goes along with it. There are multiple climbing structures, all with a nature theme (imagine a giant spider web, spider and butterfly). The pretty mosaic bench is the perfect place for Mom or Dad to perch. You'll find it located adjacent to the Bloomingdale Trail, “Chicago’s next great park and trail system” according to the606.org.
