Your kiddo is so flexible he or she could be Gumby’s younger sibling. Why not try yoga? Depending on your child’s age, there are lots of ways to ease into the activity. Join your baby at a mommy-and-me class or sign up older tots for on-their-own yoga fun. Flip through our photo album to discover some om-azing studios around town.

Kids Yoga Story

Judd Albring, or “Mr. Yogi” as he is known among the kiddos, took his love for yoga and improv and created the ultimate “performance” with Kids Yoga Story. Lil' yogis ages 4-6 are taken on an adventure filled with stories, music and yoga poses. Classes take place on Sunday mornings and tickets are only $10. The best part? For each admission, Albring will donate a meal to Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry Campaign.

4039 N. Ravenswood Ave., Lincoln Square (773-627-2678 or kidsyogastory.com).
