We’re not sure if this is a really unhealthy breakfast or a super satisfying dessert. Either way, Cinnamon French Toast Ice Cream Sandwiches are a yummy treat! Zelda aka our chief dessert taster gave us the nod of approval to use strawberry ice cream. We love the way it tastes sandwiched between the two slices of cinnamon toast! The easy to make heart shaped bread gave us a chance to break out our colorful heart cookie cutters and Zelda loved placing all of the sprinkles on the ice cream (sometimes one at a time!). Prep Time 1.5 hours
Recipe Yields 6 Sandwiches

6 Brioche Buns
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
4 Tablespoons Butter
2 Eggs
Strawberry Ice Cream

1. Use a heart cookie cutter to cut each bun.

2. In a bowl, mix together the cinnamon, melted butter and eggs.

3. Dip the heart shaped bread into the mixture and coat thoroughly (but make sure it’s not soggy) and then cook on a grill pan (or skillet) until lightly toasted.

4. Sandwich a small scoop of ice cream between two slices, top with sprinkles, wrap in plastic wrap and allow the sandwiches to freeze for 1 hour.

5. Serve to littles!
