Clow International Airport – Bolingbrook, Il

From the free airplane rides (ages 8 & up) once a month through the Young Eagles program, to the annual Cavalcade of Planes, and Charlie’s Restaurant, where your co-pilot can nosh while watching planes take off and land to his heart's content, Clow International Airport is a must-see for aspiring aviators. Don't leave without admiring the collection of aircrafts on display at the Illinois Aviation Museum, which is on the airport grounds.

Good to know: The Cavalcade of Planes attracts over 10,000 people every year and includes cool aviation events such as formation flying, helicopter demonstrations and more.
