Rides and characters aren’t the only awesome things to look forward to on a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. Tasty treats are a major part of the Magic Kingdom experience and here are a few of the must-try items at the Disney Parks this summer.
The world’s most lovable plant superhero has been transformed into the cutest slab of bread you’ll ever eat. The plain or jalapeño-cheese bread is available at Disney California Adventure.
Defend the galaxy while you enjoy a sugar-coated treat. The sparkly lightsaber churros are of course available both in Sith red and Jedi Blue. Just be prepared to wait in a long line. Currently available for a limited time at Disneyland.
To celebrate the Summer of Heroes, Disney California Adventure is rolling out some super-doughnuts, including the web-covered Spider Bite Doughnut and this gigantic circle of deliciousness, that’s as big as your face and perfect for sharing.
Light-Up Cotton Candy
This colorful confection features fluffy white cotton candy with swirls of color that sit on a glowing wand instead of the traditional paper stick. The wand lights up the cotton candy from inside making it appear as magical as it tastes. The treats are available at all Disney Parks.
Ice Cream Nachos
This ice cream sundae served on top of a bed of waffle cone chips is no joke. Share a plate of the sweetest nachos you’ll ever taste at the Golden Horseshoe in Disneyland.
Dole Whip Float
This Disney summer classic has been around forever, but that doesn’t make it any less deliciously refreshing every time you pair it with a visit to the Tiki Room. At Aloha Isle in Walt Disney World, pirates in training can drink their Dole Whip Floats out of a souvenir Skull Mug.
