This holiday, many of us will be noshing on turkey (after all, turkey isn’t just for Thanksgiving). With your leftovers, we suggest making these delicious cranberry sliders. Pulled turkey and barbeque sauce gives a tasty twist to the leftover classic. The turkey gets a much needed moisture/flavor infusion, and your taste buds don’t feel like they’re on repeat.

Makes 8 sliders- you can eyeball the amounts on this one!
1.5 Cups Cooked , Shredded Turkey
1 cup Stuffing
1/4 cup Cranberry sauce
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
2 T Mayonnaise
8 Dinner Rolls – Halved

Combine cranberry and BBQ sauce, stir into shredded turkey.
Divide stuffing among bottom halves of each roll, top with turkey. Spread mayo on each roll top and top each slider. Serves four for lunch or 8 for appetizers.
