If your kids can’t seem to sit still, you’re in luck. This weekend is packed with events and activities that help everyone get the ants out the pants (a bonus for little ones who have to remain calm, cool, and collected in a classroom come Monday morning). Dance the afternoon away at the D.C. re-debut of the Baby Loves Disco dance party, practice asanas at a family-friendly—and free!—yoga class, or do a few stop-and-go rounds at the 18th-century-inspired Colonial Market and Fair in Mount Vernon. Who needs a treadmill when you have all of Washington?
