It’s time to get your paws on some pawpaws! Meadowside Nature Center will celebrate this delightful native fruit with music, crafts, games, expert advice on pawpaw cultivation, and most importantly a pawpaw tasting station. We’ll have pawpaw fruit and trees for purchase. SatEvent

2017 Nations Triathalon
The Sports & Fitness Expo will take place at Capitol River Yards Park; on Sunday West Potomac Park will host 2000 athletes that will compete in a Triathlon through the Capitol- starting at 7 a.m. Bring your cheer team to help motivate the competitors. Fri.-SunEvent

Dating back to 1842, this county fair is a Maryland institution. But, you can expect the same cotton candy-fueled excitement no matter how many years this carnival has under its belt.
