One way to chart your kid’s growth is to pull out their threads from last summer. If their swim trunks are too short or their feet are jutting out of their sandals, it’s time to restock (’cause you have a beanstalk on your hands). But breaking the bank for new summer clothes doesn’t have to be your lot. D.C. is home to some fabulous and fun consignment shops where you can find your fave brands at reasonable prices. Have clothes kiddo has outgrown? Many of these hot shops takes those, too.

Small Change Consignment
Small Change has been a staple in Virginia since it opened its doors 35 years ago! They keep the littles occupied while you shop with a four foot tall doll house, big yellow school bus, grocery stand, shopping carts and even a piano.
