Assets Required:

 

IMAGES: 

  • Main Header Image = (1 image) 800 x 315px, png file, under 2 MB
  • Supporting Images  = (2 – 5 images) 450 x 450px, png file, under 1 MB

COPY:

  • Header Title
  • In 100 words or less, tell us the most important details of what you’re promoting. We want to know why your followers/consumers LOVE it and what you think our readers will be most excited to learn.
  • Offer copy including code (if possible)
  • All copy to be edited by editorial staff

CTA: 

  • Label for your Call To Action. Example: “Shop Now” or “Learn More” or “Sign Up” etc.

URLS:

  • Header Image, Supporting Images and CTA Button (These can all be the same)

Optional:

  • Offer code and discount messaging
  • Any legal needed in footer?

SPEC DEADLINES:

Creative units must be submitted to your account representative by the agreed up deadline.  Speak with your account representative for submission options, and specifics around required materials for each ad product.  Following deadlines enables thorough time for the review period. Otherwise campaign launch may be delayed.

STATIC BANNERS/IMAGES:

  • ONLY Static .jpg and .gif images are accepted for newsletter products. Maximum 40K allowed.
  • Click through URLs are required for all banners, photo and text. 1×1 tracking pixels are allowed but not required.

BANNER LABEL REQUIREMENTS:

Please label banner assets as follows:

  • Header Banner = Client Name_Header Banner_800x315
  • Lifestyle Images =  Client Name_450x450_1 (label in order if possible)
