This satisfying turkey chili is easy for parents to prepare and healthy for the whole family. Get the kids involved by having them garnish the chili with cheese, sour cream or sliced avocado. Serve this chili with a simple tossed salad, cornbread or a nice baguette.

1lb ground turkey
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 can of kidney beans
1 cup diced carrots
½ cup diced red onion
1 cup fresh or frozen corn
1 package chili seasoning
3 tablespoons ketchup

Get ready by taking out all of your ingredients, cutting up your veggies and taking out two frying pans. Sprinkle both of the frying pans with olive oil. In one pan cook the ground turkey, over medium-high heat, with the chili seasoning. Stir until the turkey is no longer pink.Set aside. In the second frying pan, sauté the onion, corn and carrots over low-medium heat until tender. Combine the veggies and meat. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans and ketchup. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for five to ten minutes. Top the chili with cheddar cheese, sour cream and diced avocado. Enjoy!
