Join us for a day of family and community celebrating the anniversary of June 19, 1865, when Union General Gordon Granger declared that Texas's enslaved people were free. Bring your picnic blankets and enjoy an afternoon at CAAM with DJ sets by Francesca Harding and family activities for all to enjoy, from a mask workshop to a freedom drum circle.
