- Things to Do
Welcome to the Hundred Acre Wood, where Winnie the Pooh is once again in search of honey. Along the way, he meets his pals Tigger, Piglet, Rabbit, and Owl, but soon discovers that Christopher Robin has been captured by Backson! As they prepare for a rescue operation, the animals learn about teamwork, friendship, and sharing snacks. Based on the beloved characters of A.A. Milne and the 2011 Disney animated film, this musical comedy is the perfect show for young theater goers ages 4 - 104. Parking is free at the Venice Family Clinic at 2509 Pico Blvd. There is one intermission and the cast will sign autographs at the end of the show! Many eateries within walking distance--make a day of it! The Morgan-Wixson Theatre's Youth Education Series (Y.E.S.) brings children's books and stories to life onstage, introducing kids to the wonder of live theater and encouraging literacy.
