FEED ZEBRAS! Escape to my 220-acre Lodge and Ranch. It’s a place where you can create memories through traditions to strengthen family bonds. I come from a close-knit Irish family, the 5th of 14 brothers and sisters. The name, 14 Oaks Ranch, came from each of my siblings selecting their own oak tree. The days may be filled with activities of safari, to feed the zebras, alpaca, buffalo, skeet shooting, archery, lawn game tournaments of shuffle board, horseshoes, bocce ball, cowboy golf… hikes to the creek or a hike to the Indian history showing how the native Indians ground oak acorns in grinding holes sprinkled near the creek. We invite you to build your experiential scrapbook.   Choose your own Oak tree to begin creating your special Family memories and traditions.  Escape from the hustle and bustle of life.  Come and enrich your Story and create your History… at 14 Oaks Lodge and Ranch.

Private Chef Club provides homestyle meals made from scratch and delivered hot. We were tired of takeout, but just a little too busy to cook dinner every night, so we hired a team of chefs to make meals that feel homemade. They’re healthy, satisfying, and never boring.

Our chefs are always working on inventive recipes you’ll love, so you spend less time worrying about what’s for dinner and more time enjoying dinner with your loved ones. Most of our meals have kid-friendly components. We collect feedback on every meal, and our chefs use it to make each dish even better the next time around.

We make it easy to solve dinner for the week with just a few taps. Each Friday we send a new menu for the following week. You can order in seconds, and dinner will show up at your door throughout the week. No subscription or ongoing commitment. Just choose the meals and nights you like and we’ll handle the rest.

Ends+Stems is a meal planning tool that tells you what to cook! And, we do it in a way that reduces your food waste and saves money! I’m Chef Alison and I built Ends+Stems after my friends and community kept saying over and over “just tell me what to cook for dinner!” It turns out, that cooking isn’t the most stressful part, it’s deciding what to buy and cook that is overwhelming. It’s that hidden mental workload we carry. In addition, as a mom and a chef, I’m very concerned about the health of our planet and making sure my kids will grow up with clean air, water, and the cornucopia of foods I have known. Reports say that over 40% of food produced in the U.S. is wasted, and most of it, in our own homes. Parents care about this waste of food and money, but we’re often too busy for a sustainable overhaul. Considering these intermingling concerns, I designed Ends+Stems to help ease weeknight stress by writing delicous, quick, easy to cook recipes that fit together each week to use up everything you buy. The interactive grocery list makes shopping your favorite stores a breeze. The low subscription cost quickly pays for itself in reduced food waste!
