It’s almost that time of year…no, not Christmas—Girl Scout Cookie season! And now, you can get Girl Scout Cookies at Dunkin’! While you can’t get the actual cookies (at least, not right now), you can get flavored coffees that taste just like your fave Girl Scout sweet treats. Yum!
Three Girl Scout cookie-inspired flavors are coming to Dunkin’ stores nationwide, starting later this month and through the spring of 2019. That means months of delicious, cookie-tasting coffee.
Dunkin’ will feature its previously-released Coconut Caramel and Thin Mint coffee flavors for the rest of this year and into the start of 2019. Along with these top cookie-inspired picks, Dunkin’ is adding a new Trefoils shortbread coffee flavor. Yep, Trefoils coffee. If you’re not sold on what that would possibly taste like, think sweet, buttery goodness—in your morning coffee. Um, yes please.
You can get the Girl Scout Cookies flavors in all hot and iced coffee drinks at Dunkin’, including espresso beverages and frozen coffee. The three flavors will also be available in Dunkin’s frozen chocolate beverages.
Patty Healy, Dunkin’s Senior Director of Integrated Marketing, said, “There are few brands that fit better together than Dunkin’ and Girl Scouts of the USA. From great flavor combinations to shared values, such as positivity, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit—it’s a perfect pairing.” Healy also added, “The return of these beloved flavors to our lineup of coffees will help our brand and our guests kick off the New Year with a smile in honor of the start of Girl Scout Cookie season.”
Even though these cookie flavors will be available in later this month, those tasty cookies themselves aren’t. But in February 2019 (peak Girl Scout Cookie-selling time), Dunkin’ franchisees in select locations will invite local Girl Scout troops to sell cookies in their restaurants on the weekends.
