As a Montessori-inspired cooking academy, our students are empowered to cook on their own which builds confidence and independence, while gaining practical life skills. Tasting ingredients and learning descriptive words increases curiosity, exploration, and food literacy.  We believe the most impactful way to develop healthy eating habits is to learn to prepare your own food.  Each student has their own professional workspace to create their masterpiece! With a ratio of 3 instructors to 10 students, we’re able to support students as they move at their own pace, ensuring a personal experience. No matter how many times your child comes to LKA they will never make the same recipe twice. How do we do this? We have a growing database of over 750 recipes that have been custom created specifically for our students!

Classes are organized by age group (ages 3-5, 6-8, 9-12).  Teen nights are Fridays and Saturdays, 7:30pm-10:00pm.

We can’t wait to welcome you to our kitchen!
