Little Kitchen Academy Cooking Camps

As a Montessori-inspired cooking academy, our students are empowered to cook on their own which builds confidence and independence, while gaining practical life skills. Tasting ingredients and learning descriptive words increases curiosity, exploration, and food literacy. We believe the most impactful way to develop healthy eating habits is to learn to prepare your own food. Each student has their own professional workspace to create their masterpiece!With a ratio of 3 instructors to 10 students, we’re able to support students as they move at their own pace, ensuring a personal experience. No matter how many times your child comes to LKA they will never make the same recipe twice. How do we do this? We have a growing database of over 750 recipes that have been custom created specifically for our students!

Classes are organized by age group (ages 3-5, 6-8, 9-12). Teen nights are Fridays and Saturdays, 7:30pm-10:00pm.

Circus Day Camp

Our week-long camps offer a fun, safe and supportive environment where children can test their limits and explore their creativity with professional circus artists. Through collaboration and teamwork, your child will develop a unique skillset, perform in a showcase at the end of each week, and make lifelong friends. Activities include: acrobatics, aerial arts, flying trapeze, juggling, clowning, stilts, equilibristics, songs and games.

Porchlight Summer Camp 2023

Chicago’s home for music theatre is back with summer camp for musical loving actors aged 4-17! Join Porchlight Music Theatre at the DePaul School of Music Holtschneider Performance Center (2330 N. Halsted) and spend your summer singing, dancing, acting, and making new friends as you create a new musical piece to share with family and friends on the last day of camp.

Returning and new campers will learn songs, create characters, and dance on stage in Mini Musicals (ages 4-6), Broadway Basics (ages 7-10), Music Theatre Bootcamp (ages 11-13) and Advanced Music Theatre Performance (ages 14-17). Your young actor can grow with us as they build their skills and confidence.

Arena Sports Camp is the perfect camp for active kids ages 3-12. Our camps are wildly fun and very convenient — making them good for children and even better for you! Kids will be entertained and off their gadgets and you’ll have peace of mind knowing that they are being well cared for in a great environment.

Energetic, experienced coaches will lead fun, age-appropriate activities like soccer, capture the flag, dodgeball, arts and crafts and more. Some locations additionally offer play time in the Family Entertainment Centers which includes laser tag, arcade games, a ropes course and more.

EverWild Summer Camp

EverWild’s Summer Camp engages and mentors children through earth-based skills, games, and outdoor adventures in Los Angeles’ local forests and beaches. Camps are led by talented and trained staff who are passionate about connecting children to nature and engaging them with their natural gifts. Smith Stearns Tennis Academy

The Smith Stearns Tennis Academy prepares junior tennis players for the highest level of competition possible, in tournament, collegiate and professional tennis. The Academy’s track record speaks for itself, as it has developed hundreds of state, sectional, national, and international junior tennis champions, as well as offering the best college placement program in the country. Students join Smith Stearns from around the world to be trained by top notch coaches and to join an elite junior tennis academy experience on beautiful Hilton Head Island, South Carolina at the Sea Pines Racquet Club.

Smith Stearns offers both a Guest Summer Camp program and a Full-Time Academy program. The Guest Summer Camp provides junior players the opportunity to train with world-class coaches and other top players who have similar goals. Whether it be training to play at the summer nationals or wanting to improve for a position on a high school team, the Smith Stearns Tennis Academy offers specific training and instruction designed to achieve each student’s individual goals. Parker-Anderson Summer Camp

At Parker-Anderson summer camp, each session combines the fun and silliness of traditional summer camp with a huge variety of our signature enrichment classes and social interaction with friends.
