At the YMCA of San Diego County, we believe all kids deserve the chance to experience the life-changing power of camp. Since 1882, our camps have inspired kids with countless opportunities to laugh, lead and make lasting friendships. We offer a unique learning environment where youth are introduced to outdoor experiences, can nurture their passions and explore new interests.
Surf or superheroes? Coding or cooking? Robotics or reptiles? Choose from hundreds of day camps for ages 5 to 17 at our 18 locations, as well as overnight camping at Camp Surf, Raintree Ranch and Camp Marston. First-time adventurers and lifelong explorers can cultivate a passion for learning, build confidence and find a sense of belonging through camp.
Parents rely on the Y to provide the fun in a safe, nurturing environment all summer long. Day camps offer extended-care and single-day options to provide flexibility and peace of mind for working parents. Our staff members undergo an extensive hiring process that includes CPR and First Aid certification. Additionally, our camps are accredited by the American Camp Association, ensuring our programs and staff meet the highest standards of health, safety and quality. Registration is open. A $25 deposit saves your spot!
