Last weekend hundreds of Harry Potter fans arrived at King’s Cross in London to celebrate Back to Hogwarts, where they got an exclusive first look at the new Wizarding World app––and now you can get sneak peek, too.
Wizarding World Digital, the team behind Pottermore, recently revealed that it will be launching a brand new Wizarding World app which will be the official companion to both Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts. The new app will feature news, quizzes, special announcements and many more exciting features. App users will also receive the new fanzine, Wizarding Weekly published every Wednesday.
At the Back to Hogwarts event, fans got to check out what is sure to be one of the most popular features, the revamped Sorting Ceremony. The new upgrade promises a more immersive experience than ever before with a brand new look and feel both in the app and online.
No word yet on when the app will officially launch, but you can sign up for your Wizarding Passport to be kept up to date on when the new Sorting Ceremony and Wizarding World app launches. It will be available both for iOS and Android devices.
