Outdoor exhibits are an awesome (and free!) way to invite art into a kid’s life. Add in a H2O feature that encourages play and you’ve got a seriously cool way to inspire your Jackson Pollock protégé. From walking on water to spouting faces and more, flip through the album below to see our favorite interactive water installations.

Scioto Mile Fountain – Columbus, Oh

As the centerpiece of Bicentennial Park and the Scioto Mile in Columbus, Oh, this fountain is both an architectural marvel and interactive play area. It’s over 200 feet long, the circular blossom in the middle shoots water up to 75 feet in the air, and at night visitors are treated to a light show with water-misters (1,100 fog nozzles!) added for effect.
