Actor Jason Momoa took a break from filming to visit a few very special patients at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
The real-life superhero posted a pic of himself arm wrestling with one of the patients adding, “The greatest part of being Aquaman is making children happy spreading aloha had a little time before work to stop by UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh met so many brave strong babies all my aloha to the families.”

Not only did Momoa take time for a quick arm wrestling match, but he promised his competitor (a Children’s Hospital patient named Joshua) he’d hand over Aquaman’s iconic trident to the winner.
Judging by the rest of the actor’s post, it looks like Joshua bested the superhero. Momoa continued his IG caption, “See u on set of Aquaman 2 Joshua. stay strong.”
