Fitness Events

Challenge your mind and body at these events that are not your usual race. With obstacle courses, climbing slides, and bounce houses, these events are all about fun.

KidFitStrong Fitness Challenge: Fitness is best when it doesn’t feel like a workout and the goal of this free event is just that—challenge kids physically through cool obstacle courses. Open to everyone in the family. June 2. Event details.

Insane Inflatable 5K: The Insane Inflatable 5K, a fun, and dynamic 5K, made up solely of inflatable obstacles will challenge you, surprise you, and leave you bouncing back for more! We didn’t just throw together a couple slides and bounce houses, we took imagination and creativity, and went to the leading manufacturer of custom inflatables. March 24. Event details.

1Ks, 5Ks and Fun Runs

Running can be boring but not when you can dress up like a superhero, race through Disney, get muddy or get splashed with color as you make your way through the course.

Glow in the Dark Whimsical Fun Run: This year we are challenging all groups and families to dress up in your best “Glow in the Dark Whimsical Theme Costume!” Help us light up the course with your own bright and creative flair! Please keep in mind this is a family-friendly event and costume pieces should be appropriate and attached to the participant to avoid trip hazards of objects on the course. Prizes will be awarded. Feb. 23. Event details.

Mud Factor Kidz: Mud Factor Kidz Family Waves are the ultimate Mud Run experience for kids ages 4 plus and their parents! Unlike other events, Mud Factor Kidz is a fun-filled 3K with all the same obstacles as the regular course minus some of the open running segments. May 6. Event details.

Superhero Run: Runners put on their favorite Superhero costume for a fun and exhilarating 1K, 5K or 10K run on the same trail course used by our triathletes in our Hansen Dan Triathlon. Aug. 18. Event details.

The Color Run: Less about your 10-minute-mile and more about having the time of your life, The Color Run is a five-kilometer, un-timed event in which thousands of participants are doused from head-to-toe in different colors at each kilometer. There are only two rules: 1. Wear white at the starting line and 2. Get plastered in color! After the race, the fun continues with an unforgettable Finish Festival. This larger than life party is equipped with music, dancing, and massive color throws, which create millions of vivid color combinations. Sep 29. Event details.
