January 18 is author A.A. Milne’s birthday and in honor of that, it’s been designated Winnie the Pooh Day. We put together this list of Pooh-inspired fun to help you celebrate the famous, honey-loving bear and all his friends from the Hundred Acre Wood, right here in Los Angeles.

A Magical Wood

There may not be a hundred-acre wood to roam in the heart of the city, but tucked into the Beverly Hills Library is the Enchanted Woods Room. Curl up in one of the big velvet chairs and read all about Christopher Robin’s adventures with his cuddly little bear and friends. While you’re there, see if you can spot the print of Piglet and Pooh among the book-inspired artwork hanging on the walls.
