Zootopia in 4DX
Moving seats and an array of environmental effects like mist, rain, wind, and snow can only make a movie experience more magic. Dan Zanes and Friends
Dan Zanes & Friends return to The Wallis for a bi-lingual English and Spanish concert for kids and kids-at-heart. This is one of our favorite kids bands at one of our favorite theaters, so it’s a can’t miss show for sure. Sun., 3 p.m. Beverly Hills. $25. All ages. Event details.

Holi Festival of Colors
Holi is a Hindu tradition celebrating the arrival of spring and sharing in joy and community with vibrant colors.  The Zimmer Children’s Museum has family activities and special guests throughout the day. Sun., 12:30-5 p.m. Miracle Mile. $7. Ages 1-8. Event details.

Cherry Blossom Festival
These gorgeous blossoms are in bloom for a fleeting time, rendering Descanso extra spectacular this weekend.  There will be cherry blossom walks, food, origami and music. Sat. & Sun., 9 a.m.-4 p.m. La Canada. $4-$9. All ages. Event details.

ArtNight Pasadena

Pete Seeger Tribute
Sing along, or just introduce the kids to his music—“If I Had A Hammer,” “Turn, Turn, Turn” and his version of “We Shall Overcome”—and listen together at this tribute to the man and his music at the beautiful Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum. Redondo Beach Kite Festival
Kites of all kinds soar over the beach while on the pier there will be live music and family fun. Long Beach

Long Beach Irish Heritage Parade and Fest
This parade has Firefighter displays, marching bands, dancing groups, youth groups, floats, and more. After the parade, the festival will keep the craic going with live Irish music, Irish step dancing, a craft beer garden, pipe & drum demonstrations, and food enough to fuel your little leprechaun.
