As the spookiest day of the year approaches, Halloween celebrations are in full swing, from water bound days the Aquarium of the Pacific’s Scarium event to the Santa Monica Pier Aquarium’s Dia de Los Muertos Fishy Fest. More of a landlubber? Then get those toes tapping at Malibu’s Big Heart Ranch do featuring music and pumpkins or Dixie Canyon Elementary School’s Pumpkin Fair carnival. If you need to get some energy burned, then head out to Manhattan Beach’s Pier 2 Pier Walk or join in on the Race for Rescues at the Rose Bowl.
