Ah, Monday. It’s hard to wind up a weekend. Do we need to tell you why we don’t like manic Mondays? Immortalized in song and lamented by parents worldwide, the beginning of the week is often accompanied by a long to-do list and a big question mark where your imaginative ideas should be. We’ve got a few to get the wheels turning again and the week off to a smooth start. Parent & Me Yoga
Work out the kinks and get a move on! Moms and their bundles can get stretch out at Mom Yoga + Baby classes on Mondays at 11:30 am in Sherman Oaks. This combo class (which is geared to expectant mommies too!) will help you clear your mind and prime your body for the week ahead.
