It was just a few weeks ago that the internet exploded with complaints over the quality of the most widely loved mom-wear. Now LulaRoe has responded to customers’ claims that its products are lacking in quality with a new return and exchange policy. Read on to find out what you can do if your buttery leggings turned into a hole-filled faux pas.

Facing a class-action lawsuit and plenty of internet backlash was enough for LulaRoe to make some changes to its policies. Under their new “Make Good” campaign, the company is now offering gift cards, replacement products, or cash refunds for purchases made between January 1, 2016 and April 24, 2017 if “the product purchased contained a defect in materials or workmanship.”

The program is only for a limited time, however, and claims must be made by July 31, 2017. It also does not cover “damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials that occurs by extended use.”

In order to make an exchange or get a refund, you’ll need to contact the Fashion Consultant you purchased it from and send it back for confirmation that it’s a defective product. No word on how the company plans to deal with customer complaints after this limited time.
